INGREDIENTS
450 ml whole milk
125g butter melted
3 eggs beaten
3 tbsp Fewster’s Farm honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups (300g) self-raising flour
** consider using raspberries, blueberries
and blackberries

METHOD

STEP 1
Whisk together milk, butter, eggs, honey and vanilla and set aside.

STEP 2
Add flour in a large bowl and make a hole in the centre. Slowly whisk the milk mixture into the flour to make a batter and don’t worry if there are some lumps.

STEP 3
Cook the waffles according to your waffles maker instructions until all the waffle batter is finished and set aside somewhere warm.

Serve with extra honey and any fruit of your choice.
